Introductory Meditation Course

Are you often distracted by your thoughts and emotions? Meditation helps you to create peace of mind. Under the guidance of Tibetan teacher Lama Jigmé Namgyal, you'll become acquainted with meditation from the Tibetan Buddhist perspective in a way that's easily accessable to everyone.

A weekend of relaxation for your mind. During two days of readings and workshops, you'll become acquainted with meditation in theory and in practice. Includes a tour through the Tibetan temple in the World Museum by Lama Jigmé.

Subject matter: 'Allowing Peace to Shine Through in Relationships' and 'How Can We Get to Know Our Minds and Improve Our Relationship With Our Surroundings?'
Take a short break from your daily routine. The program of the retreat is made up of two parts: a weekend and a subsequent week. You can attend either the weekend, the week, or both. During each one two different, but related, subjects will be dealt with.
