This is the third reading in the series The Five Poisons, or the five negative emotions. Lama Jigmé Namgyal will address anger in this talk. Since we believe in and hold onto a solid idea of ourselves, we create aversion to everything that threatens our perceptions of ourselves. This explains our feelings of anger and irritation in regards to pain and suffering. Lama Jigmé will give us a handle on how we can change ourselves, or how we can give someone else insight into this process.

The remaining five poisons will dealt with in May and June 2011.
