Compassion is the basis for human values within the Tibetan culture. What can compassion bring to Western society? And how can we develop it? A meditation weekend under the guidance of Lama Jigmé Namgyal that provides an introduction to this authentic Tibetan vision. With an open and respectful attitude, two cultures can learn a lot from each other.
