A teaching with Lama Jigmé Namgyal on 'The Bardo of Death'. Striving for happiness also means preparation for death. Insight into the Bardo of Death, also known as a between state of the mind, helps us to have support at the moment of death. It frees us from fear during the process of dying and eases the transition from life to death.
