Introductory Meditation Course
Are you often distracted by your thoughts and emotions? Meditation helps you to create peace of mind. Under the guidance of Tibetan teacher Lama Jigmé Namgyal, you'll become acquainted with meditation from the Tibetan Buddhist perspective in a way that's easily accessible to everyone.
You don't need to become a Buddhist in order to learn meditation. Everyone who wants to discover his/her own source of inner peace, compassion and wisdom, can do so. Lama Jigmé is prepared to show you how.
Through meditation, you can learn how your mind works. You'll gain insight into your own habits, and strengthen contact with who you really are. Meditation is a resting point in the midst of a hectic day. It leads to a more stable mind helping you to deal with life with greater opennes and perspective.
