SEPT 18 - 20

From Anger to Inner Peace 2026

The Power of Patience

Everyone knows the feeling: a sudden flash of irritation, a sharp reaction, or deep-seated frustration. Anger is a powerful emotion that not only disturbs our own peace of mind but also strains our relationships with those around us. Even a single moment of anger can wipe out a lifetime of merit in an instant. In our fast-paced culture, anger and impatience often seem to have the upper hand. Yet, there is a proven remedy. The direct ‘antidote’ to anger is the cultivation of patience.

A Universal Practice (subtitle) Patience is much more than just ‘waiting’. In the Buddhist tradition, it is called a Paramita: a ‘perfection’ or a liberating action that helps us stay stable, regardless of the circumstances. This approach is universal and practically applicable for everyone, whether you are an experienced practitioner or simply looking for more balance in your daily life. Study Weekend with Lama Jigmé Rinpoche (subtitle) During this weekend, we dive deep into the texts and techniques that teach us how to integrate patience as an active force. Our study is based on the fundamental insights from the texts of the great master Nagarjuna.

Under the expert guidance of our precious teacher, Lama Jigmé Rinpoche, you will learn how to recognize the destructive energy of anger and transform it into an attitude of openness and compassion.
