Nyingthik Ngöndro Nyamlen on Wednesday

Under the guidance of Lama Jigmé Rinpoche

Introduction.

We are delighted to introduce a new weekly practice: Nyingthik Ngöndro Nyamlen, a communal and guided practice of the essential preparatory practices within the Nyingthik tradition. These sessions take place at both Phuntsok Chö Ling Temple in Rotterdam, online and the Tibetan Cultural Centre in Luxembourg, under the direct guidance of Lama Rinpoche.

Too often, practitioners attend teachings without developing a lasting practice routine. Lama Jigmé Rinpoche reminds us that true transformation comes from consistent practice, not just understanding. These gatherings offer structure, continuity, and support to deepen your Dharma path.

Whether you are preparing to take refuge, have already done so, or wish to renew your connection with the practice — this series helps you lay a solid foundation.

Deepening.

Nyingthik Ngöndro – the Heart Essence Preparations – form the foundational practices of the Longchen Nyingthik lineage. They comprise the four meditations that turn the mind toward Dharma, followed by prostrations, Vajrasattva purification, mandala offerings, and guru yoga.

These practices purify the core and gather merit and wisdom, in preparation for profound teachings.

In the Nyamlen program (meaning “practicing together”), participants actively engage in both the physical and meditative aspects of these practices. Lama Rinpoche will guide each session, providing clear instructions and personal support.

Each gathering includes a brief individual moment (15 minutes) with one student, during which personal guidance is provided. The rhythm being built up this summer prepares us for a powerful collective practice in the autumn.

Additional information.

This practice is open to students of the Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday groups.

New practitioners who wish to take refuge or deepen their practice are also very welcome. Please contact me privately if you are considering flying.

Active membership is required to participate. Each session provides personal time with Lama Jigmé Rinpoche for one student, according to a weekly schedule.

The meetings take place exclusively in person at both locations.
